As vehicles are updated from one model year to another, there are moments when orders are accepted and closed. If you don’t see your ideal vehicle here, please do get in contact with us for help.

2. How am I able to order a vehicle?
Click “Start Your Custom Order” to submit your request and include the preference of your ideal vehicle in the comments section. A representative of the dealership will get in touch with you to verify your wanted vehicle, explore other incoming stock and then prepare to submit your order to Ford.

3. How much time does it take to get my ordered vehicle delivered?

Lead time varies by configuration and model but Ford will do all they can to advance your order.

4. Any extra charges for ordering a vehicle?

The last price of the sales are all negotiated between the dealer and customer. However, Ford won’t charge more for customer orders.

5. Is the vehicle I ordered eligible for Ford incentives?
Ordering customers are eligible for qualifying incentives throughout the time of final delivery or qualifying incentives throughout the time of order placement, whichever is favored.

6. If I want to lease my ordered vehicle or finance my purchase, how can I do that?

Our dealership would gladly assist you in explaining your options and help you arrange financing.

7. How do I track my vehicle after I ordered it?

After your vehicle has been assigned a VIN, you can track your order using this website:  https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/

 

8. When and also where would I obtain my VIN to track my vehicle?

The VIN will be provided by your dealership representative once it has been established.


9. Once the vehicle is in the delivery process, how will I be notified?

After your vehicle has come to the dealership, the representative of your dealership will get in touch with you to notify you of its arrival, accumulate any additional information needed to complete the sale and schedule a convenient time and location for final delivery to you.
